High pressure hose
Ultra-high safety hoses for ultra high-pressure hydraulics.
AI LE SEN Ultra High-Pressure hoses for hydraulics are spiralized steel reinforced polymer that has ultra-high working pressure with maintained flexibility. Its low volumetric expansion gives fast response time in hydraulic systems while smooth inner bored provides a minimized pressure drop. The small outside diameter makes the hose ideal for tight routing. Each assembled kit is cut to your preferred length, fitted with one of our wide range of fittings and high-pressure couplings.
Configure and order hydraulic hose assemblies with the easy-to-use hose configurator for ultra high-pressure hydraulic hose kits. With the configurator you can easily specify hose fittings, hydraulic quick couplings, nipples and accessories according to your specifications.

Failure or improper selection, or improper use of hose, tubing, fittings, assemblies or related accessories can cause death, personal injury and/or property damage. Possible consequences of failure or improper selection and/or improper use of these Products include but are not limited to:
1.Fittings thrown off at high speed
2.High velocity fluid discharge
3.Explosion or burning of the conveyed fluid
4.Contact with suddenly moving or falling objectsthat are controlled by the conveyed fluid
5.Electrocution from high voltage electric power lines
6.Injections by high pressure fluid discharge
7.Dangerously whipping hose
8.Contact with conveyed fluids that may be hot, cold toxic or otherwise injurious
9.Sparking or explosion caused by static electricity
10.Sparking or explosion while spraying paint or flammable liquids
12.Injuries resulting from inhalation, ingestion or exposure to fluids
10.Never retain a hose by mechanical means at the sleeves .
11.Never exceed the hose’s minimum bend radius or its maximum working pressure.
12.Never drive over or crush the hose with vehicles.
13.Never use hose assemblies with corroded or leaking end connections.
14.Never use dirty medium in a hose assembly.
15.Never bend the hose pull heavy equipment with the hose.
16.Never let the hose assembly support its own weight when elevated off the ground.
17.Don’t expect high pressure hoses to last forever. Due to the elevated pressures, components wear out more frequently than standard hydraulic applications.
Recommendation:
Do a pressure test once every two years, even if the frequency of use is not high.
Be sure to ensure safety!
