Common faults and troubleshooting
1) The pressure cannot be built up:
1. Check whether the nut of the injector fixing screw is tight (compression nut).
2. Check whether the test oil meets the hydraulic oil specified in this manual (replace the specified oil).
3. Check whether the filter is cleaned according to the specified time (replace and clean the oil filter).
4. Check whether the oil level of the fuel tank is too low (add test oil).
2) The test bench does not work:
1. Check whether the air pipeline connected to the test bench is unblocked (replace the joint and the air pipe).
2. Check whether the air pressure regulating valve (3) and the input air meter (6) have air pressure (replace the air pressure regulating valve).
3) Pressure leakage:
1. Check whether there is any leakage in the joints inside the test bench (tighten the joints).
2. Check whether the oil return valve leaks (grind the oil return valve stem, replace the oil return valve).
3. Check the input and output joints of the high-pressure oil pump for oil return (disassemble the two joints to clean or replace the two inlet and outlet joints).
4) The pressure gauge does not return to zero when the pressure is zero:
After the pressure on the test bench is completely released, adjust the "0-adj" knob at the back of the digital display to return to zero. Increase in clockwise direction and decrease in counterclockwise direction. (If there is no response, replace the pressure gauge and pressure sensor).
5) The digital display meter does not display:
1. Check the power input terminal of the digital display meter (terminal 1, 2 is 110VAC; terminal 1, 3 is 220VAC. Choose which group of inputs according to the situation on board, please consult the electrical engineer on board).
2. Check whether the input terminal has electricity, if there is electricity, it will not display (replace the digital display meter.)
6) Garbled characters on the digital display:
Replace the pressure sensor if it is still garbled, please replace the digital display
